After first class yesterday, at last watched the Dr. Who Xmas special with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
inlandsea. Very grateful to get to watch it, but the ep itself was disappointing. Doctor not very Doctory.
Bed 11ish. Woke 1 am knowing there was going to be a wakeful cycle before I could sleep again. Felt lucid enough, so decided to get up and study. Made some headway, or at least believed I did, until about 2 am. Predictably grainy worldview today. The lack of sleep rather that the Saussure.
Out front of our apartment, three roses the colour of the middle layer in a Nanaimo bar are blooming. It was as warm as spring today.
