the important thing

I'd like to post about the Vancouver trip, or the mad mad month of May, the busiest I have had in a very long time, or the wave after wave of blossoms that are ravishing my spirit and kicking me in the sinuses, but I don't have time.

So instead I will tell you about my roommate, who is the sort of person who, when you appear to be having a crisis of the spirit, goes and gets you flowers, chocolate, and fancy cheese.

I mean really. Who is so blessed as I (am)?
