Ok. Seriously. I am in love with The Hidden Cameras. A number (a number like 3) of their songs are on the soundtrack to "Whole New Thing" which as you know I am also in love with. My heart is many-chambered. The band is SO GAY.

I finally searched up their website, and now I can listen to "We, Ah, We" as much as I want to, which is a lot. (How can I let go of a lyric like "All I want is to be in his movie"?)

Particularly check out "Ban Marriage", an uplifting Beatlesesque anthem, and "Music is my Boyfriend" with its filthy lyrics of inspiration.

They're queer. They're Canadian. They're solidly in the tradition of quirky Canadian bands. But they're *dirty*.
